Bianka (Bianca) Buchmann trat Ende April 2009 vom Vorsitz im Afrika-Verein der deutschen Wirtschaft zurück, nachdem publik wurde, dass seit zwei Jahren gegen sie als geschäftsführende Anteilseignerin der Firmengruppe Fintec Holding GmbH, Hospital Engineering GmbH, Gertech GmbH, Stericon GmbH und Pharmadrug GmbH wegen Steuerhinterziehung in Millionenhöhe und Korruption bei Krankenhausprojekten in Russland, Ghana und Libyen ermittelt wird.
Die 57-jährige Ehefrau des Mehrheitseigners der Firmengruppe in Wurmlingen (bei Tuttlingen), Gerhard Buchmann, wurde Anfang Mai verhaftet, neben ihr ein Prokurist der Firmengruppe.
Bianka (Bianca) Buchmann stepped down from her chairmanship at the German-African Business Association in the end of April 2009 after it became public knowledge that for two years there were investigations agains her as managing shareholder of the corporate group of Fintec Holding GmbH, Hospital Engineering GmbH, Gertech GmbH, Stericon GmbH and Pharmadrug GmbH because of tax evasion amounting to millions and corruption at hospital projects in Russia, Ghana and Libya.
The 57-aged wife of the majority-owner of the corporation group in Wurmlingen (near Tuttlingen), Gerhard Buchmann, was arrested in the beginning of May, as well as a managing clerk of the corporate group.
