Le salon blanc, White saloon, Weißer Salon
Le salon blanc fait office de salle à manger au sein du riad. Son équipement est d’une grande sobriété dans les couleurs afin de ne pas voler la vedette aux mosaïques typiquement marocaines.
La pièce est dominée par une table de 4 m de long, dont le plateau en verre est porté par quatre colonnes de marbre rose.
À l’extrémité de la pièce se trouve une commode antique qui sert de rangement aux somptueux couverts en argent Sterling ou à la porcelaine allemande.
Des miroirs vénitiens et des miroirs de Fès agrandissent la pièce, se réfléchissent et reflètent les nombreux accessoires élégants et choisis avec soin (argenterie antique des États-Unis, argenterie de Grèce, d’Allemagne et d’Angleterre, tissus de Chine, cristal d’Allemagne, d’Italie et de Pologne), ainsi que le lustre d’un rouge profond.
Très confortables, les sièges ont été fabriqués au Maroc, de même que la table. C’est aussi vrai pour la jolie crédence en bout de pièce et pour les récipients typiquement marocains qui sont utilisés traditionnellement pour le lavage des mains.
Aux murs est accrochée une série complète et originale de dessins de l’artiste Winfried Woelk, plusieurs fois récompensé et primé. Ils ont été créés pour illustrer la nouvelle « Erwachen - Assoziationen auf Lanzarote » de François Maher Presley. Les cadres ont été réalisés à la main en Allemagne et ornés de feuille d’or blanc ou de feuille d’argent.

The white saloon serves as a dining room in the Riyadh. His complete equipment is kept very simply in colour - particularly thought not to take away the charisma from the typically Moroccan wall mosaics around.
The room is dominated by a 4 metres long glass table which is carried by four pink marble columns.
At the head of the room, there is an ancient chest of drawers which serves as a storage capacity for the noble cutlery of Sterling silver or the German porcelain here
Venetian and mirrors and mirrors from Fes extend the room visiually, they reflect themselves as well the many elegant and particularly hand-picked accessories (ancient silver from the USA, silver from Greece, Germany and England, fabrics from China, crystal from Germany, Italy and Poland) or the deeply red chandelier.
The very comfortable chairs were manufactured in Morocco just like the table, this applies to the beautiful dresser at the end of the room as well as to the typically Moroccan containers which are used traditionally for washing the hands.
The walls are hung with a complete original graphic series of the excellent and often award-winning artist Winfried Woelk. They arose as an illustration to the short story "Erwachen - Assoziationen auf Lanzarote" by François Maher Presley.
The frames were made by hand in Germany and got finished with a white gold leaf or silver leaf.

Der Weiße Salon dient im Riad als Esszimmer. Seine gesamte Ausstattung ist farblich sehr schlicht gehalten, insbesondere um den typisch marokkanischen Wandmosaiken die Ausstrahlung nicht zu nehmen.
Der Raum wird dominiert durch einen 4 Meter langen Glastisch, der von vier rosaroten Marmor-Säulen getragen wird.
Am Kopf des Raumes findet sich eine antike Kommode, die hier auch als als Stauraum für die edlen sterlingsilbernen Bestecke oder das deutsche Porzellan dient.
Venezianische und Spiegel aus Fes vergrößern den Raum optisch, spiegeln sich und die vielen eleganten und besonders ausgesuchten Accessoires (antikes Silber aus USA, Silber aus Griechenland, Deutschland und England, Stoffe aus China, Kristall aus Deutschland, Italien und Polen) oder den tief roten Kronleuchter wider.
Die sehr bequemen Stühle wurden ebenso wie der Tisch in Marokko gefertigt, das gilt für das die schöne Anrichte am Ende des Zimmers ebenso wie für die typisch marokkanischen Behältnisse, die traditionell zum Händewaschen benutzt werden.
Die Wände sind mit einer vollständigen Original-Graphik-Serie des vielfach ausgezeichneten und preisgekrönten Künstlers Winfried Woelk behängt. Sie entstanden als Illustration zu der Kurzgeschichte "Erwachen - Assoziationen auf Lanzarote" von François Maher Presley. Die Rahmen entstanden in Handarbeit in Deutschland und wurden mit weißem Blattgold oder Blattsilber verarbeitet.
