In addition to raising children, Ursula Willer worked for many decades as a successful clerk, whose special interest in addition to art and culture has always been the history of her homeland.
With the publication of the books listed here, she makes a contribution to the fact that history, in an age of media speed, does not degenerate into a part of switchable entertainment value, but readable, understandable and yet scientifically founded, precisely this story, transformed into our present time and is brought closer to a broad audience.
The volumes, which have more autobiographical traits and deal with their own childhood or the history of their family, also serve this purpose.
Ursula Willer has been a member of the board of directors of François Maher Presley Foundation for Art and Culture.
